Maris Riim, the Sustainability Manager in Swedbank Estonia is responsible for coordinating and leading sustainability activities and implement Swedbank Group´s sustainability strategy and targets into all areas. See has been in this role almost 3 years, and when she started, in Estonia there was just a few employees in this field in a large company. So she has had to learn a lot during her work. At the same time, since her previous work experience has only been in companies with a Nordic background, the value-based and importance of sustainability has been integrated in her previous activities as well. She has education in marketing (BA) and MBA in international business management.
