The Kuressaare College of the Tallinn University of Technology is located in the city of Kuressaare, on Saaremaa, in a peaceful environment surrounded by nature. The main building of the college building was built in 1789-1790 and has served various functions. Kuressaare College took over the building complex in 2014.
The building complex consists of an academic building, a small shipbuilding competence center building (the so-called pool building) and a guest house between them.
The uniqueness of the pool building lies in the size of its test laboratory, which is a 60-meter-long, 5-meter-wide and 3-meter-deep model test pool, and is the only one of its kind in the Baltics.
