Changing Learning Agreement, Online Learning Agreement

All Erasmus+ students have completed the “Before Mobility” section of your (Online) Learning Agreement (O)LA, but almost everybody need to make changes due to course availability or timetable conflicts. It is allowed to change the (O)LA during the first week of the beginning of the Semester. Before changes to (O)LA you had to register courses in OIS. Approve changes with your home university responsible staff and TalTech Lecturer by email or phone call.

  • Step one: When the course registration deadlines is over (be sure that all the lecturers have accepted you), your study plan is submitted and OIS system is locked for you. Now is time for the paper version of LA or Online Learning Agreement.
  • Step two: Fill in the “During Mobility” section of the (O)LA. Remember, you only need to indicate the courses to be deleted or added. Use digital document, there you can add rows. NB! If your home university has its own form, please use it.
  • Step three - OLA. Send the document, either as PDF or digial OLA to [email protected] , I will confirm changes.

Study Plan in ÕIS

ÕIS will be locked after the course declaration deadline. After that deadline you are not allowed to make any changes to your study plan, this is regulated with out universities academic policies. If you don't declare your courses in ÕIS then you will not be able to take them and will not get a grade at the end of the semester. It is your responsibility as a student to make sure that you have declared the right courses.
 

If you have made a mistake in ÕIS or did not submit your declaration by the deadline, then please turn immediately to the dean's office where they can help you.
