Food related trainings and services

The Department of Food and Biotechnology offers companies opportunities for cooperation in research and development, product development, and staff training.

  1. We help to develop new food products and improve product texture, taste, and shelf life.
  2. We provide physicochemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses to assess food quality and safety.
  3. We assist in finding solutions to reduce the environmental impact of food production and to valorize by-products.
  4. We organize specialized continuing education courses and practical workshops.
  5. In cooperation with companies, we conduct research and development projects that can be funded, for example, through EU or national support programs.
