The Department of Food and Biotechnology offers companies opportunities for cooperation in research and development, product development, and staff training.
- We help to develop new food products and improve product texture, taste, and shelf life.
- We provide physicochemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses to assess food quality and safety.
- We assist in finding solutions to reduce the environmental impact of food production and to valorize by-products.
- We organize specialized continuing education courses and practical workshops.
- In cooperation with companies, we conduct research and development projects that can be funded, for example, through EU or national support programs.
