Liisi Jürgen is the head of the IT and data protection law team at NJORD Law Firm. Liisi Jürgen is an attorney who is specialized in legal issues regarding data protection, e-commerce, electronic signatures (incl. legal issues arising from authentication and e-ID), consumer protection and product development. In addition, Liisi has advised clients on general corporate matters and complex legal issues related to Healthtech. During 2015-2016, Liisi was a member of a working group responsible for the development of the electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions act, organized by the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. Liisi obtained her second Master’s degree in Law at the University of Münster in Germany. Her thesis focused on Electronic Signatures according to the EU law. She has a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Law from University of Tartu.

Tea Kookmaa is an attorney who specializes in data protection, IT law, consumer protection law and general contract law. She is a member of the IT and data protection law team at NJORD Law Firm.Tea is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E), issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She also teaches data protection law at Tallinn University of Technology, giving lectures as part of thecourse "Expert-level training for a data protection officer (DPO)“.Tea has advised different platform operators with platform-specific legal issues. Tea has assisted platform operators with compiling terms of use, as well as different agreements with co-operation partners. In addition, Tea is well-versed in the data protection, liability, and consumer protection issues critical for online platforms.She has a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Tartu.
