The Department of Law contributes to the mission of Tallinn University of Technology with its research and teaching in the field of law, which enables the university to provide, in addition to classical legal education, higher education, and knowledge transfer in fast-growing areas such as technology law and European Union law. TalTech department of Law is in close cooperation with both the private and public sectors. The Department is an acknowledged educator in hot topics within areas of law: data protection, information technology law, intellectual property, artificial intelligence. We provide expert assessments and analyses to the Estonian Government and international organizations and co-operate with the most capable think tanks and consulting firms in Europe.
