Bachelor's Degree Programme (3 years, 180 ECP)

The 3-year Bachelor's degree programme provides detailed skills and comprehensive knowledge to navigate autonomously through legal matters in EU jurisdictions, putting a focus on challenges arising from the use of novel technologies. After successful completion of the studies, graduates obtain a degree of Bachelor of Arts in social sciences, which allows them to either enter legal practice as e.g. paralegal or junior case manager or continue legal studies on Master's degree level.

Consecutive Master's Degree Programme (2 years, 120 ECP)

The 2-year Master's degree programme addresses students who have already completed 180 ECP Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences or in a comparable degree. After successful completion of the programme, students obtain a degree of Master of Arts in Law, which allows them to enter practice as legal professionals or continue in academia within doctoral studies.

MIPDaL

MIPDaL Master's Degree Programme in IP and Data Law (1 year, 60 ECP)

This 1-year LL.M. in intellectual property and data law is a high-level and integrated international study programme providing top level graduate students with advanced training in IP and Data Law. The department of law offers this double degree in partnership with five high-level universities from Germany, the UK, Spain and France. Enrolled students study at TalTech for one semester and at MIPDaL partner university for the other. By following a designated track within the joint programme, graduates earn two Master’s degrees—one from each host institution.
