Due to the expansion of the scope of activities, Small Craft Competence Centre (SCC) was reorganized into the Marine Technology Competence Centre (MARTE) in 2023. MARTE is a R&D unit of the Tallinn University of Technology in Estonia and offers product development services to industrial and technology companies to create innovative design solutions and devices.
