About the Centre

MARTE is a research and development unit of Tallinn University of Technology located in Kuressaare, supporting the competitiveness and sustainability of Estonia’s maritime economy. As a research infrastructure, MARTE focuses on innovative solutions for maritime technology, offshore and coastal structures, and marine infrastructure. It develops digital, autonomous, and situation-aware technologies for the marine environment.
