Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) will open additional admission from 19 to 30 August 2025 for the English-language master’s programme in Entrepreneurial Management (MBA). This is the final opportunity this year to join for citizens of Finland, Latvia, Linthuania and Estonia an internationally accredited management programme designed for ambitious professionals aiming to become top leaders in their field.
A key feature of the MBA programme is its personalised approach – each student is supported throughout their studies by an experienced coach who helps set goals, develop leadership skills, and find solutions to real-life challenges.
The programme combines practical leadership experience, contemporary management theories, and problem-solving in real companies. “The programme is designed for development-oriented individuals – both Estonian and international – who hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least three years of work experience. It’s for those who feel the need to develop their entrepreneurial and leadership skills to become successful top executives,” says programme director and entrepreneurship lecturer Martin Toding. “On-campus classes take place three days a month. A large part of the programme consists of online and independent learning, making it possible to complete the programme alongside work and personal commitments. Graduation is possible within 1.5 years,” adds Toding.
