Steps to take the course(s):

  • Step 1: Choose Your Courses You're welcome to pick up to 3 courses, and they can be from different universities.
  • Step 2: Fill Out the Application Head over to the OIS (Online Study Information) platform and complete the application to become a visiting student. You can find this under "Documents - Applications - Transfer to Visiting Student Place." Remember to mention the courses you're interested in from the host university. On the exchange program line, add 'EuroTeQ'. If you plan to take courses from different universities, create separate applications based on the host university.
  • Step 3: Confirmation from the Programme Director Once you've submitted your application on OIS, the Programme Director needs to confirm it within the system. This ensures their approval of your application.
  • Step 4: Nomination and Next Steps All applications approved by the Programme Director will be nominated to the host university before the specified deadline. Shortly after nomination, the host university will reach out to you via email with the next steps to follow.
  • Step 5: Completing Your Courses After finishing your chosen courses, you'll need to prepare an APEL application on OIS to have the credits entered in your study record. The credits will be awarded based on TalTech's terms and procedures for recognizing previous studies and professional experience. You can find more details at taltech.ee/en/vota.
