Oil Shale Yearbook

Oil shale industry Yearbook combines data of the economic year on the point of Estonian oil shale industry role in

economy (including industry contribution into state reveneus, legislation framework, competitiveness),
oil shale value chain from mining to finished product (including the outputs of mining, liquid fuels, electricity, heat, fine chemical),
relationship with natural environment (including investments into environment, emissions into the air, water, landscape remidiation),
contribution to society (including contribution to community,employment, education and science).

Yearbook has been issued each year since 2014 by Oil Shale Competence Centre of Virumaa College of TalTech in cooperation with Eesti Energia AS, Viru Keemia Grupp AS ja Alexela Group AS. Yearbook publishing is supported by EU Regional Development Fund.

Yearbook is available in Estonian, Russian and English on the web-pages of OSCC and enterprises. Printed Yearbook can be read in the library of Virumaa College of TalTech.
