- EU students need a Letter of Confirmation from the university which proves their student status, the Letter will be issued by Mobility Center.
- For foreigners who have a long stay (D) visa for example, major Estonian commercial banks charge 200-250 euro fee for additional background check.
You do not need a lot of cash as card payment is popular in Estonia and you can easily pay for food at university canteen.
