Tallinn University of Technology's tuition fees for English-taught programmes range depending on the programme. Please find exact tuition fee on the selected programme page. Citizens of the European Union are exempt from tuition fees, except for the programmes of the School of Business and Governance.
Students from outside the European Union are required to pay tuition fees. However, some programmes offer tuition fee waivers on certain circumstances that cover tuition fees for the duration of the whole study period.
Candidates outside of the European Union who have been accepted for the tuition fee places are requested to pay the first year tuition fee prior to the beginning of studies. For the following years, students will pay based on how many ECTS they register for.

Regulations in TalTech
University establish the tuition fee rates and conditions by a decision of the Senate of Tallinn University of Technology for each academic year at least four months before the beginning of the academic year. The university has the right to increase the tuition fee rates by ten percent each academic year compared to the previous academic year.
