Citizens of the European Union are exempt from tuition fees, except for the programmes of the School of Business and Governance.
Students from outside the European Union are required to pay tuition fees. Candidates outside of the European Union are requested to pay the first year tuition fee prior to the beginning of studies.
Regulations in TalTech
University establish the tuition fee rates and conditions by a decision of the Senate of Tallinn University of Technology for each academic year at least four months before the beginning of the academic year. The university has the right to increase the tuition fee rates by ten percent each academic year compared to the previous academic year.
