Workshops
The School of Science of Virumaa College gives an opportunity to get acquainted with the field of Engineering from the 1st grade. We organize workshops that are exciting, educational, and generate interest in science and engineering.
The range includes robotics, programming, chemistry, electronics, and automation. The workshops last from 45 to 60 minutes and the number of participants is 15-20 pupils depending on the topic.

Plastic from milk
At present, plastic is made from petroleum products, but before that other solu-tions were used. For example, the method of making natural plastic from animal fat was used. Plastic made from proteins and fats contained in milk is equivalent to synthetic plastic, but it is also environmentally friendly. Duration up to 60 minutes, number of participants up to 16 children.

Relay car rally
We make a simple car prototype with handy tools. We will put them in motion using electronic components, and we'll do a little race.

Master class on a cool machine tool
We will make various constructions or puzzles from ply-wood on a cool mini machine tool. Duration up to 45 minutes, number of participants up to 16 children.

Water and oil shale industry. Water analyses
Discussion of the relationship between water and the oil shale industry and the properties of water. Analysis of water samples from different locations and identification of origin. Duration up to 60 Minutes, number of participants up to 16 children.
