Welcome Reception on Wednesday, September 21 at 19-21 in the Viimsi SPA Restaurant. A nice get-together with a welcome drink and some snacks.  

Gala Dinner on Thursday, September 22, at 19-23 in a popular tavern-brewery Kochi Aidad near the port of Tallinn.  Feel relaxed with lots of good food and fabulous “Heldene Aeg” for live dance music. Transfer to the event location and back organized by buses.  Buses will leave for the Gala Dinner from the Viimsi SPA Hotel at 18.30. 
Buses will start from the Gala dinner at 23.00 to take you back to Viimsi. 

Conference tour on Friday, September 23 after the conference will take you to one of the historical hot-spots in Tallinn, the Maarjamäe Palace. A historic summer manor, belongs to the Estonian History Museum. The beautifully renovated ensemble is located on the picturesque sea-shore of the Gulf of Finland in Kadriorg region, Tallinn. The museum hosts an exhibition of recent Estonian history. The historic ensemble also accommodates a new and modern Estonian Film Museum. 

Bus transfers will be organized to take the participants to the tour location and depending on the means of transport back home, to the airport/bus-station.  
Buses leave for the tour from the Viimsi SPA Hotel at 14.30. 
Tour at Maarjamäe: 15.00-16.30 guided tour and free time
Buses will leave from Maarjamäe at 16.30, expected to reach city centre ca 16.45-17.00 and bus station/airport at latest ca 17.15-17.30
