Internship
Graduates of the Computer and Systems Engineering curriculum find employment as specialists in the design, realisation, application and administration of computerised equipment and systems. Career opportunities are varied: computer and software companies; banks; diagnostic systems in manufacturing, service, medicine; "smart" houses and manufacturing systems; industrial automation; management control and monitoring systems in air, water and ground based transport, etc. When choosing a place for internship, mentioned fields can serve as an example.
In order to pass the course Practical Training (IAY0720, 4 ECTS; ISS0720, 4 ECTS):
- acquaint yourself with the objectives, organization and requirements of the internship in the School of IT;
- acquaint yourself with internship offers;
- contact the internship coordinator.

Deadlines for defending the thesis in AUTUMN SEMESTER of the 2024/2025 study year:
October 1, 2024 - deadline for submission of thesis task specification to the Moodle. The task specification form can be found HERE!
September 9, 2024 - deadline for submitting the thesis declaration in the study plan.
December 16, 2024, at 23:59 - deadline for submitting the application for the defense of graduation thesis in Study Information System. NB! This is a very strict deadline, don’t miss it! Instruction on how to properly fill your application for graduation thesis defense in OIS!
December 16, 2024, at 23:59 - deadline for submitting a Master's thesis electronic version (PDF), with non-exclusive license as part of it and metadata (electronic form) in Moodle.
January 6, 2025 - approval of the applications for defence by the supervisor
