Thesis defense at the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Fall semester 2025/2026

15.12.25 SUBMITTING A DEFENSE APPLICATION IN ÕIS

- Fill out the thesis defense application in ÕIS if you are sure that you want to and will be ready to defend the thesis and that the curriculum has been completed. You must have previously submitted a thesis declaration in ÕIS.

- Make sure that the title of the thesis is the same as in the defense. The thesis keywords (both in Estonian and English) are mandatory in the defense application!.

NB! The title of the thesis in ÕIS is reflected in the final documents

15.12.25 REQUESTING CONFIDENTIALITY IF NECESSARY

You can find the institute's special requirements for theses requesting confidentiality and the necessary forms in the "Confidentiality application" subsection.

05.01.26 at 17.00 SUBMISSION OF THE THESIS

Bachelor's theses and related documents (digitally signed) must be found on the Moodle course page

Master's theses and related documents (digitally signed) must be uploaded in *asice format to innomet.ttu.ee/upload

The envelope must contain:

1. Thesis (PDF)
2. Drawings (PDF)
3. Summary to be published in confidential works
4. Master's thesis poster in A2 format

NB! Supervisor - check the correctness of the thesis titles and the presence of keywords before approving the defense application.
