FAQ

The companies offering the scholarships decide who will receive them. We send the list of candidates and the relevant documents to the companies at least a week after the application period ends, and we eagerly await the committees' responses.

Each committee has its own process for making their decision. Candidates should also always be prepared for interviews with company representatives.

The list of selected recipients will be published on the Development Fund's website about one month after the application period ends.

The required documents are determined by the scholarship sponsor. Typically, these include a CV and an academic transcript from the dean's office, but often a motivation letter, an essay on a given topic, and a recommendation letter may also be required. Be sure to read the scholarship statue carefully to know exactly what is needed!

Since your motivation letter and recommendation letter will be read by the scholarship funders, you should address the company offering the scholarship you have selected.

  • Read the statute carefully to see what documents are required for the application.
  • Ensure that the letters are addressed to the correct company.
  • The academic transcript must be obtained from the dean's office.

  1. After submitting your application, you will only need to wait. The list will be published on the announced date.
  2. If a student is selected for more than one scholarship, the decision-making authority will be returned to the student. One student can receive only one scholarship from the main competition.
  3. A scholarship that is declined will be awarded to the next student in agreement with the company.
