Conference
The 2023 conference events will take place in the medieval old town of Tallinn, walking distance from each other and easily reachable on foot from the ferry terminal (ferries from/to Helsinki and Stockholm) or by public transport from the airport and bus station.
The 2023 conference venue will be the House of the Blackheads, a 16th century building in Tallinn Old Town.
The conference dinner will be held at modern Estonian style restaurant Farm in the Old Town.
The reception for networking will take place at the Marzipan Room of Café Maiasmokk.
Summer school
The venue of the 7-8 August 2023 summer school is the seminar room of Restaurant Paat (Rohuneeme tee 53, Pringi, Harju County, Estonia). The venue is just 14 km from Tallinn city centre, at the Viimsi Open Air Museum, which is approximately 35 minutes bus ride from the Tallinn city centre. We therefore recommend international participants to book their accommodation in Tallinn and commute to the summer school venue by bus.
