DTU Internship Scholarship
This year, EuroTeQ partner university the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) is offering for the first time the opportunity to apply for its international internship as part of the DTU Global Talent Programme. The programme is aimed at outstanding undergraduate students from partner universities who wish to gain international experience and work on real research or development projects.
Within the programme, students can spend one or two semesters in Denmark, working either in DTU research groups or completing an internship with DTU’s industry partners. The internship typically runs from late August to mid-December.
The internship can be used to fulfil the mandatory internship requirement of your study programme. In addition, students may take courses at DTU alongside the internship, which can provide ECTS credits. The programme offers participants the opportunity to develop academic, professional, and intercultural skills while building an international network at one of Europe’s leading technical universities.
TalTech will provide a scholarship for 3 students.
SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT FOR THE PERIOD OF 24 AUGUST TO 18 DECEMBER: 3,500€
Who can apply?
Eligibility criteria – the student must:
- have a STEM background
- be in the 3rd year of a bachelor’s programme when starting the internship
- be motivated to undertake an internship
- have very good academic results
- have excellent English language skills
- be active in extracurricular activities
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- Motivation letter – explaining why you wish to apply
- CV (including extracurricular activities)
- Transcript of records with the current grade point average
English language test result, one of the following:
- Duolingo English Test (overall 120, speaking 120)
- TOEFL (overall 87, speaking 21)
- IELTS Academic (overall 6.5, speaking 6.5)
- CAE with a minimum overall score of 180
