In addition, please reserve at least 10 hours a month of programme related activities from November through April.
Excellence in teaching grows through shared experience
The EuroTeQ Joint Teaching Initiative 2027 brings together academic staff from across the EuroTeQ Alliance to co-create innovative international learning experiences for students.
You do not need to have an established international partnership or a fully developed idea before joining. You can find colleagues with whom to collaborate and come up with an idea during the initial matchmaking event.
The programme combines online collaboration with an on-site design camp at DTU. All participants are welcome to join the online activities, while well-established groups will be invited to attend the design camp in Denmark.
Participants attending the on-site design camp are expected to:
- develop their solution together with at least one partner from another EuroTeQ university; and
- be ready to implement the resulting teaching concept.
Possible areas of collaboration could include:
- designing a new joint course;
- co-teaching an online unit;
- creating a shared repository of problems and exercises and applying a shared teaching methodology;
- designing robust and resilient assessment;
- developing approaches to meaningful feedback;
- exploring and experimenting with innovative uses of AI
- ...
The programme provides the time, space, tools and international partnerships needed to transform an initial idea into a practical teaching concept that is ready to implement. Participants who do not find a partner or are not selected for the on-site design camp are still welcome to take part in all online activities.
