INNOCHEMBIO will recruit top candidates through a merit-based selection process, evaluated by external experts. The selected PhD candidates will receive extensive training from TalTech, focusing on both their specific fields and transferable skills. Notably, several training activities will be specifically designed within INNOCHEMBIO to enhance entrepreneurship skills and knowledge on green technologies. At the core of INNOCHEMBIO is our commitment to developing novel green technologies in collaboration with our partners, providing PhD candidates with interdisciplinary, hands-on training in an international research environment. Additionally, these efforts will be enriched by internship periods in the private sector, offering candidates a comprehensive understanding of the R&D landscape.
