Materials Lab

Materjalilabor

Our Materials Lab is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that allows for various tests and analyses on different materials. We offer a wide range of testing options, from assessing the effects of temperature and humidity to evaluating material durability and defect detection.

The lab's equipment enables:

  • Simulation of environmental conditions, including testing the effects of UV radiation and extreme temperatures (-100 °C to 350 °C).
  • Measurement of material thickness and coating layers with precision up to 0.001 mm.
  • Temperature and hardness measurement to ensure an accurate assessment of material durability.
  • Defect detection in composite materials using advanced ultrasonic technology.
  • Microscopic analysis with magnification up to 800x to study the structure and composition of materials.
  • Mechanical properties testing according to international standards, including tensile and torsion tests.

  • Determination of material properties
  • Physical and mechanical properties assessment of materials

The service price is determined based on the number of working hours, which will be specified during a free preliminary consultation.
