Doctoral Thesis Publishing
Doctoral thesis templates, guidelines, and information about the publishing process are available here.
The linguistically edited and properly formatted doctoral thesis must be submitted no later than one month before the defence.

Printing Services
TalTech Press acts as an intermediary for ordering printing services from the contracted procurement partners of Tallinn University of Technology.
Print file requirements and ordering guidelines can be found here.
Please allow for:
- up to 2 business days for forwarding price inquiries to procurement partners and receiving quotations,
- at least 2 business days for printing posters, flyers, and other small print materials,
- up to 2 weeks for printing large-volume orders.
For public procurement-related questions, please contact the Procurement Division.

ISBN/ISSN Registration
When submitting the application, please take into account the obligation to provide legal deposit copies to the National Library of Estonia. Under the Legal Deposit Act, four copies of each print publication and the original publication materials (print-ready files) shall be deposited. For digital publications, one legal deposit copy shall be provided.
If, pursuant to the Legal Deposit Act, it is not possible to deposit the original publication materials, four additional copies of the print publication shall be provided to the National Library of Estonia: three for legal deposit purposes and one for the creation of a digital legal deposit copy.
The delivery of deposit copies must be arranged with the TalTech Press in advance.

How to come to TalTech Press
Due to construction works in the library building you can come to TalTech Press via the entrance on the Akadeemia tee. This entrance provides access to the 5th floor via lift. TalTech Press is in room LIB-515.
