Overview
In August 2026, we will open a newly renovated student residence at Akadeemia tee 11/2, located just a 5–7 minute walk from the university’s academic buildings.
All rooms in the residence are single occupancy and designed with comfort and modern living in mind. Each room is fully furnished and equipped with a kitchenette including essential appliances. Every unit includes a private toilet and shower room. Each apartment has 2 single rooms. The kitchen, toilet and shower are shared by two people. A wider-than-standard 120 cm bed ensures a comfortable night’s sleep.
The building offers free WiFi, and a secure living environment is ensured by 24/7 security services. Maintenance and technical support are provided by the Student Campus maintenance team. Additional services available to residents include a self-service laundry as well as bicycle and motorcycle parking in nearby buildings.
The other wing of the building houses Academic Hostel, which provides accommodation for Erasmus students, TalTech guests, tourists, and anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.
