Student Housing

Akadeemia 5 is located closest to the university study buildings, only a couple of minutes away. There are two types of rooms in this dormitory: single rooms and private flats. All rooms are furnished with basic furniture (everyday necessities like pillows-blankets, pots and pans are not provided), kitchens are equipped with basic household appliances and each apartment box has a separate toilet and shower. On the ground floor we also have rooms that are furnished according to the needs of students with reduced mobility.

There is a self-service laundry on the 0-floor of the building. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and security is provided 24/7 by the security service. Technical issues are handled by Student Campus' maintenance technicians. Akadeemia 5 building also houses a student sauna and rooms for TalTech student organizations. If you wish, you can use the bicycle and motorcycle parking rooms at nearby houses as an additional service.

Akadeemia 5 was built in 1964, renovated in 2001.

Monthly rent is fixed and includes all utility costs (heating, water and sewer services, electricity).
