Visa Requirements for Estonia
Everyone entering Estonia (member of the European Union and part of the Schengen area) must have a valid passport. If traveling within the Schengen Area, EU countries, and Switzerland, a photo identification complying with EU standards and allowing international travel will be needed. Please check what kind of ID is required by your airline carrier before traveling. Some airlines within Europe will only accept passport identification.
Visas are required by delegates traveling from some countries. We encourage all delegates to check the requirements for their country of origin. Please note that every delegate must apply for their own visa.
Need an Invitation letter?
You will receive proof of registration soon after the registration fee has been received. Visa invitation letters will only be issued once registration is complete and paid for. The confirmation document will serve as your invitation letter when applying for the visa. If you need a formal letter of invitation, it can be provided by the PEMC 2026 organization; please contact us:

Please note that the visa invitation letter does not exempt attendees from complying with all requirements regarding registration and payment for their participation, accommodation, and travel. Participants are required to make their own arrangements for visas if necessary. Visa invitation letters will only be provided on completion and payment of the registration. The PEMC 2026 Organizers take no responsibility should the Estonian/EU Government deny entry.
Please note that the PEMC 2026 organizing committee is not responsible for starting the process for visa application; we will only be sending the invitation letter. You make your own visa application.
Any cancellations due to Visa refusal will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
Upon request of the concerned authors, the organizing committee will try to accelerate the review process and registration payment, to process the visa invitation letter ASAP.
