Tallinn is not just where IEEE PEMC 2026 takes place — it is part of the experience.

PEMC 2026 takes place in Estonia’s capital city, where medieval charm meets modern innovation. Tallinn combines modern conference facilities, a compact city center, coastal views, creative neighborhoods, restaurants, cafés, museums, parks, and one of Europe’s best-preserved medieval Old Towns. The conference is supported by the City of Tallinn.

Step outside the conference program and you are only minutes away from signature Tallinn experiences: the medieval Old Town, Town Hall Square, panoramic views from Toompea, elegant Kadriorg Park and Palace, the creative energy of Kalamaja, Telliskivi and Noblessner, the seaside atmosphere of Noblessner, and maritime heritage around the Seaplane Harbor.

To make the experience even better, IEEE PEMC 2026 will arrange a free walking tour for participants, while the City of Tallinn will provide free public transport for registered conference participants, helping attendees discover the city easily and sustainably during their stay.
