Publicon PCO is funded with 27 500 EUR by Enterprise Estonia (EIS) from the European Union Cohesion Policy funds to organize the international event "IEEE 22nd International Power Electronics and  Motion Control Conference (IEEE PEMC 2026)".

The conference will gather over 200 participants and feature keynote lectures, tutorials, and technical paper presentations to cover recent trends in power electronics and motion control. Its main goal is to provide attendees with a high-level and multifaceted program from top specialists in the field. The congress will provide a platform for networking for researchers, academics and practitioners.

The purpose of the project is to hold a congress on par with the quality of previous congresses, where the participants will receive collegial feedback, support, and educational input in the field of power electronics, control systems, electrical drives, robotics, energy efficiency, power supply resiliency, and relevant applications in power systems, industry, telecom, etc. As many participants will be in Estonia for the first time, the social program introduces Tallinn with a city tour, a welcome reception, and the gala dinner. As a result, awareness of Estonia as a tourism and congress destination will increase.
