Prospective authors are requested to submit a full paper of four (never three!) A4 pages including illustrations and references, in English, in the format of a PDF file.

• Deadline for submission is May 27, 2018 and notification of acceptance will be given before July 1, 2018.
• Deadline to submit the final version is July 29, 2018.
• Deadline for payment of regular conference fee is August 5, 2018.

Accepted papers will be published as submitted in the Conference Proceedings (USB stick) that will be provided to all participants at the beginning of the Conference. To have the paper included in the final programme, proceedings and IEEE Xplore, the presenting author must register as a regular attendee (or as a degree student if applicable). As an IEEE policy, the papers by no-show authors will not be included in the IEEE Xplore.

The length of the paper is restricted to exactly four (4) pages, including figures and references.

The margins around each page should be set as follows:

• left = 1.60 cm, right = 1.60 cm,
• top = 1.90 cm, bottom = 2.54 cm.

The text of the manuscript must be printed in two columns. Width of each column should be 8.58 cm. The column separation is 0.63 cm.
The first page of the manuscript must contain the title of the paper, author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s), all centred on the top of the page and spanning both columns. There should be one complete line space between the title, the author names, and the author affiliations. A space of two complete lines is required between the author affiliations and beginning of the main text.
A brief abstract not exceeding 15 lines should appear at the beginning of the paper, on top of the left column. Please use Times New Roman font and single-spaced typing.

• Title 24
• Authors 9
• Affiliations 9
• Abstract 9 bold
• Main text 10

Please do not type any page numbers and do not use hand-written symbols or formulas.

The submission processes will be managed by easychair.org on this EasyChair LINK. If you have used this system before, you can use the same username and password. If this is your first time using EasyChair, you will need to register for an account by clicking the "I have no EasyChair account" button. Upon completion of registration, you will get a notification email from the system and you are ready for submitting your paper.
