The EducationUSA Advising Center at Tallinn University of Technology was opened in April 1993 and it belongs to a network of the United States Government affiliated educational advising centers worldwide. We provide current, accurate and unbiased information about all accredited U.S.higher education institutions and administer international tests. With hundreds of centers in 170 countries, EducationUSA is committed to promoting accredited U.S. higher education institutions to over 18 million students.
