Today’s job market values innovation, practical experience, and lifelong learning. So why not build a strong career foundation in Estonia’s capital? Over the past decades, Estonia has become a highly developed digital country with a strong role in international politics. Estonia is a member of the European Union, the Eurozone, NATO, the OECD, and the Schengen Area.

Although Estonia is small, it takes technology and entrepreneurship very seriously. The country has created ten tech unicorns, and some of their founders studied at TalTech. Estonia is also known as a leader in digital governance. Almost all public services are available online 24/7. People can vote and declare taxis electronically, and Estonia has a successful e-residency programme.
