FEES and REGISTRATION
Only one registration/fee is necessary to attend a workshop and to present a paper.
Registration and billing is handled via the Piletikeskus (Estonian ticket broker) platform. The organizers will get direct information of the registrations.

The reduced fee applies to students (incl. PhD student) and participants from the following developing European countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Republic of North Macedonia, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine.
The registration fee for the RIS2023 for one person includes workshop attendance, paper presentation and lunch breaks. Please note that VAT 20% is included in all the fees.
PAPER PRESENTATION REGISTRATION
Every accepted paper will be presented at RIS 2023. For every presentation, one presenter must register paying the fee. Accepted papers which will not have finalized the registration and will be not presented, will be not published in CuminCAD – Cumulative Index of Computer-Aided Architectural Design: http://papers.cumincad.org/ and in the symposium publication.
WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
Registration and payment of the fee is required to attend a workshop. It is possible to register to attend a workshop only until June 10.
DINNER REGISTRATION
A separate registration is required for the dinner at a local restaurant on June 16, location TBA, for everyone who want to participate. The expected cost is between 20 and 30 EUR. The confirmation must be sent not later than 02.06.2023.
SYMPOSIUM ATTENDANCE
The attendance to the symposium is free of charge (if not attending a workshop or presenting a paper), but please do register for that! During the symposium, coffee breaks will be offered. Lunch can be bought by attendees at the university canteen. Paper presenters and/or workshop attendee will have lunches at the university canteen included in the fee.

The official partners of RIS 2023 accommodation are Nordic Hotel Forum and Academic Hostel.
