Overview
Akadeemia 7/2 building is about a 5-minute walk from the university's study buildings. There are two types of room in the building: shared rooms and private flats. All rooms are furnished with basic furniture (everyday necessities like pillows-blankets, pots and pans are not provided), kitchens are equipped with basic household appliances and each apartment box has a separate toilet and shower. On the 0-floor of the building there is a bicycle parking lot, a motorcycle parking room, a self-service laundry and an underground car park.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and security is provided 24/7 by the security service. Technical issues are handled by Student Campus' maintenance technicians. On the ground floor we also have rooms that are furnished according to the needs of students with reduced mobility.
Akadeemia 7/2 was built in 2008 and it has places for 340 students. Monthly rent is fixed and includes all utility costs (heating, water and sewer services, electricity).
