ICL2024 Conference Overview
The ICL2024 International Conference on Interactive Collaborative Learning and Engineering Pedagogy, titled "Future-Proofing Engineering Education for Global Responsibility", will take place in Tallinn, Estonia, at Tallinn University of Technology from September 24–27, 2024.
The annual conference will host at least 200 international participants from technical universities and engineering organizations across 50 countries.
The ICL and IGIP joint conference will uphold the principles of sustainability, accessibility, gender equality, and equal treatment.
Before and during the conference, marketing activities will target at least two international markets, providing information on Estonia's tourism opportunities. Marketing channels and the event venue will include references to the Estonian tourism website, www.visitestonia.com.
Conference Objectives:
- Enhance Estonia’s reputation as a destination for hosting international conferences.
- Increase the number of high-spending international visitors to Estonia.
Conference Outcomes:
In addition to achieving these objectives, the conference will contribute to the advancement and expansion of interactive collaborative learning and engineering pedagogy.
The European Union Structural Funds will support the event with €30,000, while the remaining costs will be covered by Tallinn University of Technology, sponsors, and participant fees.
The next conference, ICL2025, will be held in Budapest, Hungary, in 2025.
