There are several room types, so you can choose to live alone, in pairs or just rent a bed in a shared apartment. Amenities for washing laundry and parking your car or bicycle are also available.

Raja 4D dormitory is about 5-6 minutes' walk away from university study buildings. It is different from other dormitories because it doesn't have inner corridors and entrances to the rooms are from outside balcony. The house has only shared rooms.

Akadeemia 5a is a first dormitory in Estonia that was renovated into a zero-energy building. It is about five minutes' walk away from university study buildings. It has 70 one-room apartments and 10 two-room apartments.
